After an internship in 2022, the Filming department of the Louvre Museum and the Tuileries Gardens has created a work-study vacancy especially for Emeline Carreau. We wanted to keep Emeline on the team due to her remarkable capacity and great team spirit as she wanted to continue her studies in Communication in a working setting.
Thoughtful, discreet and determined, she very quickly found her place in our workforce, which she has strengthened with enthusiasm and generosity since October 2023.
Always ready to take on big or small assignments, Emeline supports us on large-scale
operations such as the press conference with the French President announcing the new works at the Louvre, or the guest shots at the Grand Diner du Louvre. Another example is that she accompanied the flight of the Olympic cauldron as seen from a drone.
With curiosity and proactivity, Emeline also supports us in our day-to-day filming activities: initial study of the thousand requests we receive every year; pertinent project appraisal; rigorous logistical and administrative organization; judicious and dynamic implementation in the galleries; sensible relations, both internally and externally, with contacts of all nationalities.
With great strength of character, she can independently manage demanding shoots,
supervising up to twenty people.

Emeline Carreau completed a four-month internship from January 3 to May, 2022 in public relations and filming in the Events and Filming Sub-Directorate of the Louvre Museum's External Relations Department. I was one of two internship tutors, the other being the head of the filming department. Emeline and I worked in pairs four days a week on public relations issues.
Her main tasks were to help organize the Musée du Louvre's main public relations events (exhibition openings, press conferences, inaugurations, etc.), and to manage the museum's contact database.
-Spring 2022 temporary exhibition openings: Pedro Cabrita Reis' Les Trois Grâces
-Cabrita Reis on the occasion of the France-Portugal season, Giorgio Vasari, the book of drawings Destinies of a mythical collection and Pharaoh of the Two Lands. The African Epic of the Kings of Napata. On the ground at the events, Emeline was able to handle unforeseen circumstances with aplomb and assurance, and in particular took charge of coordinating the reception of guests with the hostess service provider.
We worked closely together, which gave me a good idea of Emeline's qualities and professional skills. She's efficient and versatile in a constantly changing environment.
